eSparSha designs and deploys your creativity into material form, be it in the form of t-shirts, coffee mugs, souvenirs, gifts or memorabilia.

In case you need a designer, our designer may assist you put your creativity into photoshop, just send your designs and place an order and your merchandise would be delivered just the way you wanted.

• Fabric, printing and size details.

Fabric: We use very high quality of 100% super-combed cotton with bio-wash. The fabric goes through a variety of treatments and we guarantee colour fastness and shrinkage within acceptable international norms.
Printing: We use high quality screen printing and/or transfer printing depending on the design. All printing techniques used are environmental friendly. Yeah, we love the planet!

• Washing Instructions?
Wear, wear and then wear some more. And when you feel you have worn it enough for one wash, follow these instructions to make sure your eSparSha tee stays with you long enough for you to form a personal attachment with it! . Machine wash cold. Wash dark colors separately. If necessary, use a non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry low. Do not iron print and any other embellishment. Advise you not to dry clean. While the tees are guaranteed against shrinkage, there might be a small amount of it on the first wash.

• Why don't you offer more sizes?
We offer S, M, L, XL and XXL in each boy and girl tees. While we have had a one-off mention of increasing the size range from others, the demand we feel doesn't make it worth it. If you feel the need, start badgering us and we will be more than happy to expand the range.

• Why are you out of stock of a particular item?
We produce a small quantity of the specific merchandise designs for you guys to get your hands on and then get onto the next set of college merchandise. This keeps the tees sort of ‘limited edition' and at the same time, keeps the spirit alive ensuring we get to see more of the ‘funkiness' you guys can create!
If you really badly want to get your hands on a tee that is outta stock, drop a mail to support@eSparSha.com for that design. Once we have enough of these requests, we might do a reprint for you guys.

• What is your policy on returns?
No policy! If you don't like what you get, you can send it back to us. Just, please make sure that the piece is returned in the condition you received it in. You will appreciate that if you wash it or use it a couple of times and then return it to us, we will not be able to refund you.

• How and when can I return my eSparSha t-shirt?
If you are unhappy with the t-shirt that you have received for any reason you can send it back to our office address. Send us a mail to support@eSparSha.com

• How does eSparSha exchange policy work?
If you don't like what you get, you can send it back to us. Please make sure that the piece is returned in the condition you received it in. We will appreciate that you don’t send it to us if you wash it or use it a couple of times as we will not be able to refund you. • Who bears the postal charges for the goods returned?
If the goods are returned because of any product damage, eSparSha will bear the cost of return shipment and also replace the product. If the goods are returned because of personal choice changes - e.g. if you order a blue one but then want a black one instead or you order a small but then want a medium instead - in such cases eSparSha would still exchange the piece, But the return shipment cost would be borne by the customer.

• Opps, the t-shirt I received has a fault. How to return?
We do have a very rigorous quality control department but a sometimes a few hitches do go unnoticed. It’s not an issue at all, just send the same t-shirt back (labels intact) and we will send you the replacement.

• What are the shipping charges to my location?

For shipping anywhere in India we charge Rs. 35 per piece for T-shirts.For shipping charges anywhere outside India please contact customer support at support@eSparSha.com or call us at 040 6464 0203.

• How eSparSha decides shipping charges for bulk orders?

For bulk orders, we will look for the most efficient mode of transport and charge our customers only for the minimum fare applicable from our courier partners. In case of an urgent shipment, where our customer requires immediate 'by air' dispatch, we would quote the rate depending on the location where delivery has to be made. In either case, depending on the location of the customer and the urgency of the shipment, we would work out the best shipment rates available and charge our customers only those.

• How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders within India are delivered within 8-15 days.

Shipping time depends on the size of your order as well as amount of customizations needed.

Before you place an order, you may confirm the deadline with our marketing representative. In no case would the deadline be violated; we work not just to meet the deadlines but to beat them.
